Arboretum Level 5 Update – Jan 2021

It’s a New Year, but there is a sense of deja vu as we have entered another period with Level 5 restrictions in place.

We just wanted to let you know what Level 5 means for Arboretum.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and team members is our utmost priority. We must do the right thing by the communities we live and work in to help mitigate the spread of Covid-19. For this reason, we have made the difficult decision to close at weekends and to reduce our weekday opening hours. We have implemented stringent procedures and taken the necessary steps laid out in the Government Living with Covid-19 roadmap and the latest public health advice.

• Our stores in both locations are open Monday to Friday 11am to 1pm (closed weekends)
• Categories deemed to be essential retail, being pet food, fuel and items for the maintenance of your home or business may be purchased
• Our cafes in both locations are closed

We ask you to respect these restrictions for both the safety of our staff and customers. We realise how disappointing this may be and are very sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
