A-LIST TERMS & CONDITIONS

A-List is promoted by Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven, Old Kilkenny Road, Leighlinbridge, Co. Carlow.
Applicants must be aged 18+ to join A-List.
By applying for or using A-List progamme the Member agrees to be bound by these terms as varied from time to time. Any change to these terms will be posted on Arboretum website (www.arboretum.ie)
Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven reserve the right to cancel the programme and any benefits attributed to it at any time. In respect of any unused offers Arboretum Home & Garden heaven will honour these offers in conjunction with the expiry date of that individual offer.
Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven reserve the right to substitute prizes or rewards in the event of circumstances outside its control.
Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven is open to individuals only and is not available to members of a group or club. Neither the programme nor any offers are transferable or resalable.
Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven reserve the right to vary the level/value of prizes at any time and without notification.
The prizes & rewards earned are not exchangeable for cash, gift vouchers, or any other excluded category of products and can only be used as explained on the voucher.
Members are only permitted to hold one card / programme account.
If no transaction occurs by a member in a 30 month period, the members card / programme will expire and any offers will be cancelled.
Any prize vouchers or rewards vouchers issued to a cardholder are subject to the terms and Conditions printed on the voucher.
A cardholder / member is responsible for looking after the card and Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards.
Lost or damaged cards may be replaced at the discretion of Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven. Customers may be charged for this service.
Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven cards remain the property of Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven and the cardholder shall return the card if requested by Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven.
Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven is not responsible for any errors resulting from fraudulent use of a card or the inability of a cardholder to receive or redeem credits or use vouchers unless in any such case it is caused by Arboretum Home & Garden negligence or fraud.
Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven reserves the right to terminate A-List at any time by giving three months notice of its intention to do so. Any such notice will be posted on the Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven website (www.arboretum.ie) we will also contact you through the channel of communication you selected on the A-List sign up form.
Rewards are only offered as a result of purchasing products within Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven store or online where applicable. Gift card purchases and event ticket purchases are not included in promotional offers.
In order for Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven to offer you the best service with our A-List programme it is important to fill out the form as accurately as possible. If certain fields of the A-list form is not filled out correctly Arboretum Home & Garden will not be held liable if you do not receive communication on promotions, events, offers, etc.
Rewards may only be redeemed by the named member of Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven.
Redemption offers and redemption partners may change from time to time.
Particular redemption offers may have their own particular Terms & Conditions. By taking up any such offer, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven shall not be held responsible for any alterations to flight schedules, destinations, routes, itineraries, facilities or venues from third parties.
Nothing in the Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven or the Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven liability or for any other liability the exclusion or limitation of which is not permitted by law (nothing in the Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights).
Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven is committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected and processed only in accordance with the administration of A-List and to contact you for the purpose as described in the application process.
Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven can accept no liability for personal loss or injury at any of the participating venues as far as permitted by law.
Arboretum Home & Garden Heaven adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
Monthly A-List Spend Drivers are currently an In-Store only offer and are strictly limited to one item per single transaction.
