In just three hours, you’ll be amazed at what you can produce on your individual barbecue, provided by us for the session. Yes, you will be cooking – grilling, braising, frying – to create a very ambitious menu during your session. And then you get to eat!
This year we have three menus to choose from – Weber’s BBQ Favourites, Real Asian BBQ, and All American BBQ. Each menu includes a Welcome Snack, a Rub and Marinade Session, and a Main Menu (full menus below). Are you licking your lips yet?
