Standard Delivery is FREE on orders over €80*

All standard deliveries will be completed within 5-7 working days via Fastway Couriers, any delay to this delivery time, the customer will be notified by our warehouse.

**In-Store delivery charge will vary compared with Online, in-store delivery charge is done on a case by case basis

Live Plants Delivery

Our live plants are packed with care and diligence by are staff, our horticulturists review each plant before despatch to ensure quality is maintained.

Live Plant delivery charges are not calculated on weight but the space required per package to ensure safe delivery, so delivery charges may vary as some plants require more space than others when packed.

All live plants are despatched within 3-5 working days where possible, our couriers aim to deliver within 48 hours of despatch from our warehouse to allow the plant arrive in healthy condition.

Furniture & Large Items – €49 Delivery

Furniture orders will be delivered to you via a specialist pallet service in conjunction with Arboretum. Please allow 5-7 days for this service, the courier will contact customer before delivery to arrange suitable time

Click & Collect

Can’t wait for delivery? Why not try our FREE Click & Collect service? Simply make your purchase online and collect it from either of our stores located in Carlow or Kilquade. Our staff will contact you by phone when your order is ready for collection (Please allow 24 hours minimum). When collecting your item, please continue to our collection points as outlined in our car park and call the store via number provided at collection point. We will then load into your car as required while maintaining distance.

This service is available in store 9am – 6pm Monday – Saturday (No collections on Sundays)

Please note: Orders can only be collected from the store where the stock is currently available and no additions can be made to orders once you are on-site at the collection point.

If you change your mind...

At Arboretum we want you to be able to buy with confidence. However, should you wish to return your purchases*, we are happy to offer a full refund** or exchange within 28 days provided there is proof of purchase and it is in a resalable condition. An exchange or credit note will be offered on sale items. We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note on certain products for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you would like to return your item to the Arboretum store please ensure that you take your delivery paperwork with you to help the store quickly process your refund.

If there is a fault with the product…

We will attempt to rectify any faults that occur within 12 months* from the date of purchase. Phone us on 059 9721558 to arrange a FREE collection. We’ll usually offer you a replacement or repair. Products must be accompanied by your proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5 Years Guaranteed to Grow…

Arboretum’s hardy plants are sold with a five-year guarantee to grow, should your plant fail, simply return it with proof of purchase and we will happily offer you a replacement.

Arboretum Online and Arboretum brick & mortar are considered two separate entities and price and terms may vary.
