All our soups are made daily and with all fresh ingredients, herbs from our garden and we roast our vegetables to infuse all the flavours. We only use vegetable stocks in our soups and no flour so this allows our gluten free and vegetarian customer to have a good choice.
We offer different breads daily, our in house baked buttermilk brown soda, our seeded brown bread, whita soda bread. Brown or white gluten free bread is available plain or toasted just ask at the savoury counter, where we offer a wide variety of scones all made in-house including fruit, raspberry and blueberry scones. So if you want something more than a soup for a starter feel free to browse.
At Arboretum we are dedicated to fresh locally sourced high quality produce. We strive to find the best partners to create the best Irish receipes and tastiest menu possible. All our beef, pork, ham and bacon are sourced from local supplier Ballon Meats in Carlow. All our chicken is Irish Bord Bia approved. Our fish is delivered fresh daily from Atlantis Seafood in Wexford.
