1. Scratch cards will be available 1st – 20th December 2025

2. Winning scratch cards can be redeemed until 31st December 2025 unless otherwise stated

3. To claim your gift, simply present your winning card at the till along with your Arboretum A-list App at the time of purchase

4. No cash alternative will be offered

5. No purchase is necessary to receive a scratch card. One card per customer per visit

6. Every scratch card will reveal a gift

7. One scratch card per transaction when redeeming

8. Scratch cards can only be redeemed once and will be retained by till staff once used

9. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

10. Valid in-store only unless otherwise specified.

11. Lost, stolen, damaged or photocopied cards will not be accepted.

12. While stocks last. Arboretum reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.

13. Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18+ (proof of age may be required). Employees of Arboretum and their immediate families are excluded.

14. Scratch cards cannot be redeemed against gift cards, services, or excluded brands as listed in-store or on the website.

15. Arboretum may refuse redemption where misuse, tampering, or fraud is suspected.

16. Arboretum accepts no responsibility for entries/cards lost due to events outside its reasonable control.

17. Arboretum’s decision in relation to all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
