Grow Your Own

The Arboretum has worked together with KCLR 96FM to create a listeners garden. This garden will include raised flower beds with growing vegetables such as potato and lettuce and even herbs. The experts of The Arboretum can explain you how to create your own raised flower bed, and how to grow your own fruit and vegetables.

There is a chicken house with chickens and a greenhouse. The greenhouse will be open to visitors, this way you can see the tomatoes, cucumbers and pumpkins grow.

The Listeners Garden is located next to the restaurant, and is surrounded with a wooden fence to give it a more homelike feeling.
